Review: DCS/GDAA Martini Tasting
Social Gatherings
Written by Patrice Hall

The Martini tasting at Therapy Cafe was a fun, relaxing break in the middle of the week. Therapy's talented staff served up some unique drinks. We all tried five different martinis. I tried very very tiny bits of each, and most were quite tasty. The chocolate martini was my favorite, but the Berry Bipolar with its red and blue and sugar around the rim was definitely the coolest looking. I especially enjoyed the company, and I think everybody had a good time.

Sunday, 11 April 2010 20:53

Join the Dayton Adobe User Group and WPCFUG on April 21 to celebrate and learn more about the launch of Adobe Flash Builder 4 and Flex 4. Flash Builder 4 is an application designed to help software developers rapidly develop cross-platform rich Internet applications (RIAs) and content. Flex 4 is an open source framework for developing RIAs. As a part of the Flash Platform, these powerful technologies can be used to easily create applications that run cross-platform in a browser or on the desktop.

To help make sense of these new tools, Adobe Platform Evangelist, Kevin Hoyt, will provide a thorough demonstration. He'll also be on hand to answer any questions you might have about Flex or Flash Builder.

As if that wasn't enough, there will be free food and drinks to enjoy. They'll also raffle a bunch of great prizes, including a free copy of Flash Builder 4, a free copy of Creative Suite (courtesy of the WPCFUG), T-shirts, books, and more!

This is a free event; all you have to do is show up to participate. See you at SAA!
