As a creative developer you will be responsible for imagining, designing and developing Flash pieces. You will work with a team of other designers, developers and programmers to create beautiful and engaging experiences. Because of the nature of the work you will have to be able to work through multiple projects at once, working toward demos and milestones along the way. Successful candidates will possess the ability to meet deadlines, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a proven record of creativity coupled with the ability to create, communicate, and present design concepts visually, verbally, and in writing.
