Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented Senior Flash Developer with a creative spirit.

The position requires 3-5 years using Adobe Flash and Flex (leadership experience a plus). The candidate should be comfortable in an creative environment. We are seeking an individual who is looking for a new challenge at a rapidly growing company where they can have a big impact.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Development Manager.
• Enhance new and existing components
• Institute cross-training initiative to ensure understanding of software systems by the software team
• Participate and consult on all software related functional and technical requirements and provide specific recommendations
• Document existing product offerings, including technical specifications, architecture, and user training manuals

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years development experience with Adobe Flash and/or Flex
• 3-5 years development in web-based scripting language (ColdFusion a plus) and web technologies (Javascript, CSS, DHTML, XML)
• 1-2 years development with SQL (MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server)
• A strong grounding in object-oriented design and development techniques.
• Excellent combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Passionate, client-focused, proactive self-finisher
• Ability to multi-task on various projects at the same time
